To connect with Dial for Home Care, it will be mandatory to accept the following conditions:

1:- For security reasons, we can access your documents at any time

2:- You have to provide a number on which calls can always be received and WhatsApp runs on it.

3:- The customer will have to provide the service immediately, if a call comes, it will have to be reached immediately and if you miss any work of the customer more than 3 times, then your ID will be blocked for 3 months, for which you will have to open it again. A fine of ₹ 500 will have to be paid as penalty

4:- You cannot talk to the customer in abusive language and if there is any loss to the customer, then you will have to compensate 90 percent of it

5:- If there is any defect in the work that you will do during a certain period, then you will have to fix it without any charge

6:- Will not turn off the demand of any more money from the customer without any bill

7:- If you take any work of the customer, then you cannot leave it in the middle without completing it, if you do this then your money will be withheld and your ID will also be blocked

8:- The work will have to be completed in time, if the work is not completed on time and then the definite reason will have to be given, if the customer is not satisfied, a five percent deduction will be done on the whole heart as a penalty, which you will have to fully compensate

9:- If any mistake is noticed in you or the customer is not satisfied with you and complains to the company, then your ID can be closed at any time
